Stafford has served as a brand ambassador for Slim-Fast, Swarovski, Olay, Coach, Bali Intimates, Shiseido, Genie Bras and Woolite and partnered with Estee Lauder on the creation of a cosmetics brand for HSN. Stafford also collaborated on a limited-edition Kindle cover, sold exclusively on amazon.com, for Built NY.

An advocate for adoption, Stafford adopted a daughter as a single parent and serves on the board of helpusadopt.org, a non-profit that grants financial aid to adoptive families. Fluent in French and Spanish, Stafford has lived and worked in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong and the Canary Islands. She currently lives in Manhattan with possibly the naughtiest (and most delicious) little girl in the world.
